Trade Purchase Order Form (download pdf & save to your computer before completing)

We can accept Trade Purchase Orders only in writing. We prefer that you use our Trade Purchase Order Form, which you may download, save to your computer, fill out and return to us for processing. If you use your own format, to ensure prompt and efficient administration of your order, please ensure all the details that we ask for on our own form are provided. A copy of our current Terms & Conditions for Trade is attached to the form (which will be updated from time to time, so please check you are using the latest version).

Warranty Request Form (NEW) (download pdf & save to your computer before completing)

It happens very rarely (we make sure of that) but very occasionally you may need a repair or replacement item under Warranty. Fill out the form with as much detail as you can provide so that we can advise you on what we can do to help.

Please note: user error or damage as a result of not fitting items correctly and/or failure to use test equipment according correctly accounts for over 95% of our Warranty Requests in any given year - for your convenience, please ensure all staff are fully trained before use.

Returns Request Form (NEW) (download pdf & save to your computer before completing)

Occasionally you may find a customer changes their mind about a service/repair and you want to return an item. If an item is no longer wanted, you can request a Return by completing the form and returning it to us. We will administer your request and issue a Returns Authorisation (which may be verbal, or in written format) - make a note of the Returns Authorisation Number we have provided and send this with your company details so that we can administer the Return and issue any Credit Notes or Refunds promptly. If we have drivers in your area, we may agree to collect an item from you in person, (provided this feasible and is agreed in advance) otherwise all other items are to be returned directly by the Trade Customer.

Please note: items returned without reference to our Authorisation Number may result in any credits or refunds being delayed or refused. Special orders and custom items are excluded.
