THE WELFARE OF OUR TRADE & RETAIL CLIENTS, SUPPLIERS, STAFF AND THEIR FAMILIES IS IMPORTANT TO US.
As the situation regarding the Global COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Pandemic unfolds, we will adapt our approach to dealing with the situation in an appropriate and timely manner.
At this time, we must ask for your assistance so that we can continue to provide our goods and services safely and responsibly. We are a small business of over 17 years which supplies to the whole of the UK, as well as having a strong established local retail client base.
We politely request that anyone wishing to visit us arrange this with us in advance of travelling. Our retail clients are particularly vulnerable and we need to safeguard everyone so that we can continue to support as many as possible for as long as necessary. We fully support the social separation recommendations by the Government for older people and those with certain pre-existing medical conditions.
Our aim is to limit contact with individuals so that we can continue to maintain service levels. We advise our retail clients only to venture out if absolutely necessary until such time it is safe to do so or restrictions are lifted. It may be necessary to reduce or suspend our services as the situation develops but we will do our best to help however we can.
Delivery company/courier services are largely unaffected, but this may change. We aim to keep you informed of any delays or changes to delivery procedures/requirements.
Even if you're self isolating or socially distancing, please remember to keep your Scootertech electric vehicle charged at all times. Not only will this prolong the life of the batteries on your vehicle but ensure that your vehicle is ready to use when you need it.
WE CURRENTLY HAVE SUFFICIENT SUPPLIES OF OUR EUROPEAN MANUFACTURED PRODUCTS/PARTS AVAILABLE. WE DO NOT EXPECT ANY SUPPLY ISSUES ARISING AT THIS STAGE. Availability of our services will be dependent upon a number of factors and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
